Hornindal Rundt

In mud and rain we strolled our way up the mountaintops to capture the mountain race Hornindal Rundt. The race consisted of an extreme 75 km spread over 6 mountaintops and 5600 height meters. To cover such great distances we stationed multiple drone and handheld teams throughout the entire track that moved dynamically as the race went on.

Bellow you can check out a small cut from NRK featuring out clips from the day and a few behind the scenes pictures.

Tore Lie running with the MōVI rig to get some stabilized following shots.
Jo Bergersen enjoying the director role.
Hans Kristian Riise capturing the runners as they enter the halfmark.
Filming such a long race comes with a bit of waiting as the runners are so far spread apart.
Rain is no problem!
Ready for another drone take.
The fog was super dense, covering this entire mountaintop for hours.
